Day of Transfer
Contact our agency to hear about our services, fees and areas service.
You will need to answer a series of questions and provide information for us to complete the new Management Agreement for you to sign.
You will need to provide sufficient written notice to your current agent, this may vary depending on your contract you have signed, however standard notice periods are 21 days if the contract is no longer in date.
We will make contact with your previous agent on your behalf to advise them we will taking over the management.
We will also introduce ourselves to your tenant, advise of the change in rental payments and arrange for the smooth transition.
On or after the day on handover we will arrange to attend the previous agents office to collect keys and all relevant files & documentation, saving you from having to do this yourself.
