AM I ELIGIBLE?

NRAS rental properties are available for low to moderate income households.

To be eligible to rent an NRAS property, potential tenants will need to provide Real Property WA with the following:

  • Provide proof of your household’s gross income for the previous 12 months Complete a Department of Social Services NRAS Tenancy Demographic Assessment (TDA); and
  • Complete a Tenant Income Assessment Information Form.
  • An application to enter into a residential tenancy agreement.

Please be aware that the gross income for your household for the previous 12 months must not exceed the income limits below.

The 2023-2024 initial household income eligibility limits are:

1st Adult: $58,905
First Sole Parent: $61,957
Each Additional Adult: $22,536
Each Child: $19,541

*Please note that existing tenants must not exceed the income limit by more than 25 per cent over two consecutive years to remain eligible.
